Iker Marcaide started the payment company that would become Flywire Corp. in 2009, but returned to his native Spain after four years as top executive. Right after Flywire's $250 million IPO, Marcaide shared with the Business Journal his thoughts on his decision to leave the company, and his advice for entrepreneurs: "Everything big starts small, and everything small can be big."
